THOUGHTFUL MUSINGS FROM A FUNERAL DIRECTOR

I was lying in bed last night thinking about most of my interactions with other funeral directors. I wondered what it is that I find to be the problem with them, and what I want to do different. For the most part, I like the other directors I’ve met. Their hearts are in the right place. They truly do want to help people. For the most part, they feel they are doing a service for their community. In many ways they are right, but something is still missing.
